We’ve been a bit quiet on the blog since our site relaunch, as we are busy busy with a couple of large projects. One is internal and which you will hear about lot’s later this year. The other is a major public site project for Namco, due to launch in late August. But in the midst of it all, we’ve recently launched several pretty cool projects that are worth showing off:

Hands On Photography is a San Jose studio that asked us to create an interactive Flash site based on their design concept. The site also runs a customized photo and video gallery feature, as well as, a custom ecommerce module. Lot’s of content to explore: www.handsonphoto.com

This is a complete redesign of a site we launched a couple of years ago for San Francisco Actress/Model Shoyi Cheng. Although the old site always got great reviews for its clean and easy interface, it was time for an update. This time we went for a fully animated Flash design with a custom content management system and photo/video gallery. Checkout the new site: www.shoyi.com

Gregg Lynn is one of the leading San Francisco Realtors. Gregg came to us with the goal of creating an online experience highlighting the real estate photography of his listings. With the full scale launch schedule for August, we will save the feature details for that announcement. Through the years Sputnik has been evolving both as a business and a brand. Near the end of 2007 came a large realization for us: we are ecommerce specialists. Not to say that we aren’t proud of our identity, print, multimedia and tradeshow projects from the past. But building online stores, complicated corporate websites and web applications is where we truly shine. This year we are also launching a number of homebrew ecommerce applications.
